The Associate Director (AD), Emergency Operations is a member of the OPHP Leadership Team, who engages in comprehensive strategy and planning efforts with OPHP leadership, BPHC executive leadership, and numerous internal and external stakeholders within the City of Boston to meet resident needs during and after emergencies. This role requires people-centered, inclusive planning across partners, especially for those groups and organizations representing priority populations.

Coordinator, Training & Events

The Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of our trainings and events by supporting the logistical and operational needs of our programming, including training delivered via our DelValle Institute for Emergency Preparedness.

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager provides strategic management of the financial functions of OPHP and reports to the Director. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and motivated and will help support the team and lead the completion of financial tasks that keep the office running.

Program Manager, Response Operations

The Program Manager is collaborative, organized, and motivated to support and enhance the Medical Intelligence Center (MIC) Duty Officer Program. The Program Manager will serve as the day time Duty Officer and is tasked with ensuring that the rest of the MIC Duty Officers have the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to respond quickly and effectively to any emerging threats or hazards that impact the health and well-being of Boston residents and the city's public health and healthcare systems. 

Senior Program Manager, Community Operations

The Senior Program Manager (SPM), Community Operations will support the operational readiness of all community emergency response initiatives and help build people-centered community emergency response operations that protect and promote the health of Bostonians during emergencies. They will support the OPHP mission with a focus on ensuring all Bostonians are well-prepared to rapidly respond to all types of emergency situations.

Senior Planner

This role ensures that our emergency planning efforts and plans are collaborative, operational, and meet the needs of Boston residents. The Senior Planner will be responsible for oversight of all emergency plans associated with BPHC's role as the lead for coordinating public health and healthcare services during emergencies on behalf of the City of Boston. They will coordinate closely with OPHP and BPHC staff.

Senior Program Manager, Response Operations

Our Senior Program Manager (SPM), Response Operations helps build people-centered public health and healthcare emergency response operations that protect and promote the health of Bostonians during emergencies. They will support the OPHP mission with a focus on ensuring OPHP and BPHC are well-prepared to rapidly respond to all types of emergency situations.
