This is Part 2 of a two-part series intends to introduce staff to basic quality improvement concepts. This module will introduce you to a series of common quality improvement tools and ways of thinking you can incorporate into your work at BPHC. Specific tools that are covered include the Community Engagement Spectrum, process maps, root cause analysis, PDSA cycles, and action planning. This course is intended for new hires and BPHC staff who are interested in getting a foundational knowledge of quality improvement in public health.
