All BPHC employees are required to complete this HIPAA Privacy & Security training course every other year after the year they were hired, per BPHC's HIPAA Privacy Policy.  This course will cover BPHC's HIPAA compliance requirements as a Covered Entity, provide education on HIPAA rules and requirements, and train staff on best practices for working in compliance with BPHC's HIPAA Privacy Policy, HIPAA, and other state and federal regulations applicable to the work done at BPHC.
